I recently had the opportunity to present my paper “Chess and Music: Quantitative and Artistic Interpretation of Information” at the 2025 International Conference on e-Society, hosted in Funchal, Portugal. The conference brought together presenters from all fields with their innovative takes on how the digital and virtual are taking a bigger than ever role in our lives today, and I made my contribution with how creative interpretation of data can bring innovations to music composition, using chess as my data source.
